In 1989, I have been diagnosed with a chronic inflammatory bowel disease. I had to stay many times
in hospitals and many operations were necessary . In 2002 the rest of my colon has been removed.
Despite all this, I 've learned to listen to my body and after many diets I also found a way to gain weight
and muscle and bring my body where I always wanted it to be . I would like to pass my experience with
diet, sports and bodybuilding to others.

Job history
After three years of commercial education and apprenticeship I worked in the bank “Thurgauer
Kantonalbank” (1991-1994) and at the bank “Raiffeisenbank” (1995 - 2012) in various positions in
the city Amriswil . In September 2012, I emigrated to Amsterdam and completed in 2015 the education
for the fitness trainer -B-. In 2018i moved back to Switzerland and i work at SUN-Fitness in
